About Melanie Moorcroft:
After eight years at the University of Auckland as Associate Director of Organizational Development, I have returned to business coaching.
My role at the university included the development and support of Academic Heads/Chairs and leading specific university organizational development initiatives e.g. leadership framework design, engagement surveys, 360 assessments and culture initiatives. I was responsible for the development and delivery of nine leadership programs and the annual staff capability development program with approximately 200 workshops per year.
Alongside my own coaching practice, I contract to Prosci-ANZ as a Master Instructor and Senior Change Advisor. I facilitate the range of Prosci programs in New Zealand and Australia, including the internationally recognized three-day Change Management Practitioners Program.
Prior to the university I was involved in large-scale change initiatives and developed strategic plans, workforce development plans, quality management, auditing systems and training workshops in the health, education, justice sectors and private businesses.
Originally I was in Human Resource Management and lectured in the tertiary sector.
My accreditations in MBTI and the range of Human Synergistics assessments - along with my experience - enables me to enhance the effectiveness of leaders, teams and culture using a pragmatic and evidence-based approach.

About Karen Davies:
As a leadership and organizational development facilitator, people are at the centre of what I do. I focus on understanding their capability needs, developing simple, systemic, and flexible solutions, and embracing digital approaches. I'm passionate about helping others learn, grow, and succeed.
My leadership journey has several strands that have started to weave together in recent years. Working with leaders to develop their leadership and exploring the potential of digital to provide insights and/or enable simple, intuitive solutions. Discovering the Indigenous Te Ao Māori worldview and authentically using its principles in how I approach my work with Manaakitanga, Whanaungatanga, and Kaitiakitanga. Using connection, collaboration, and creativity to ensure my work is relevant and my agile learner mindset to engage with new ideas, concepts, and platforms.
My career has been a global odyssey, spanning diverse disciplines and industries. I've navigated the realms of Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Market Research, Telecommunications, Higher Education, Industry Training, and Not for Profit, supporting teams across Asia, the Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa. My journey has encompassed food technology, marketing, lecturing at a New Zealand University, and serving as a learning and development professional in Organizational Development.
My journey has led me to Small Changes, Big Impact, a platform where I can leverage my skills, knowledge, and experience to empower leaders of small to medium enterprises. I'm excited to contribute to their personal growth, organizational success, community impact, and environmental stewardship.
